~*Third Annual Cinco de Mayo Turkey Hatch-Athon*~ all poultry welcome!

So I candled today and it looks like a couple of my polish shipped eggs are out and 1 of my duck. I'm going to leave the duck just in case, but I think it's just a large yolk. My class is super excited about the chicks but I think they all want ducks! I'm glad I sent a note home saying that the students would not choose, but I would. So many parents want chicks! Even my principal wants a few!!

One of the teachers in middle school is planning to hatch ducks again this year--- chickens and ducks. THe kids are facinated by the ducks.

They really are. They were fascinated by the veins and the little embryo we could see. The polish eggs are really easy to see into, as are the duck eggs. My olive eggs and brown are near impossible. I had a blood ring in one and another looked empty to me but the kids wanted to leave them. We had a long talk about the empty eggs. It was interesting to see how they all thought about them.

Renee hasn't been on as often as she normally is soI'm sure the list is outdated. We know lwho is playing, that is all that matters!!
