Well after 2 incubator attempts. I went and ordered more eggs. I used the best bator this time. My broody hen. I just changed her food and water. There was some pips. Day 21 on buff orp eggs. Only day 19 on the Blue orp eggs. I didn't search threw the nest. I didn't want to disturb her. I did see a dead chick partially out of an egg. Something must of happen because the pip was at the pointed end of the egg. I have not touched "mama" and I didn't candle them either. So I am anxious to see what comes out from under her in the next few days.

Finally chicks that I don't have to wait for a post office call to get.

YAY! GO CHICKIES GO! Sorry about the 1 dead. I'm sure your broody will give you something. Are both types of eggs under the same bird? I've heard of mothers not waiting for all the eggs to hatch.
