I have a naked neck Turken with what looks like a third wattle. Is this normal or common? It almost looks like what turkeys have in between his two wattles.

Is this something that would be passed down to offspring?

My female turken had the same thing if I remember correctly, never thought to ask anyone about it though lol

It's a dewlap. Naked necks sometimes have them. Breeds like brahma are also supposed to have them but they're less pronounced because the neck feathers somewhat obscure them.

It's a dewlap. It's common in Yamato Gunkei and bearded breeds with trilobe beards such as the Faverolles (the dewlap helps the bird to achieve a longer, more full appearing beard with a trilobe appearance.)
