I see a gold laced polish that could be the culprit, or one of the easter eggers

The feathers on the head of the polish look spiky and pointy to me from that pic.

My money's on your original culprit. Those reddish patches look roostery (even if the comb is small for 19 weeks). Can you get a better pic of him/her in full light?

At 19 weeks I'm fairly certain that the partridge Cochin is a pullet

Edit-good thing I checked back lol, put down wrong gender
