The top are a different breed and the lower picture is the one with feathered feet. There is also two others with white dots on their cheeks...

Can you tell if this is a roo? It's very assertive and not afraid of getting in the midst of the bugger birds.

Its really too young to tell. Some pullets can be very fiesty as well. You should be able to tell gender in 3-4 more weeks.
