This chicken is not dead

I forgot to take chicken pictures today. But here's a dog.. and yes, she did roll right on into the pond.

I seriously thought she was dead. She is not a young cat and she didn’t even twitch an ear when I called her. But she purred when I snuggled with her, so I guess she was just really, really tired after a hard day napping!

She is wild and runs like the wind. I'm not sure much startles her. She also loves playing in the pond. Especially on Fridays when I mop the floors.

I'm so happy there is a thread for this. I have one chick that looks like she was hit by a truck when she's sleeping. One wing off to the side, leg kicked out, and her head sideways. She jumps up before i can get a pic, but I'll keep trying.

No chickens here yet but here's Sulley shortly after he showed up on our porch. He was sleeping so hard that he rolled out of bed and still didn't wake up. He decided to keep us.
