The only way I can tell at that age is if the feathering between the shoulder blades is slower to fill in then the other chicks. Of the current 28 LF cochins we have it was obvious that we had 2 males at 2.5 - 3 weeks.

Pullet.
Comb development says pullet, but that patchy white on the wings is often a sign of a cockerel. I'm going to say pullet for now, though.
