It looks like a bantam to me, My black rose comb bantams have the same hook beak. Bantams can not eat pellets only laying crumbles. She is pretty, maybe mixed breed.

I don't see any signs of wattles in the pics. Maybe she's a muffless muffed breed? I have what seems to be an EE/wyandotte who lacks both a muff and wattles, and her beak looks longer because of it.

Possible.... Serama/Japenese bantam crossed with something mottled... nankin and something mottled... cute little bird.. Treat for cocci... that is an unhealthy stance and of course Terramyacin.. Good luck.. Post some more pix
