Well I'm glad that it hangs out with the chickens. it eases my fear of it roaming off when they are free ranging.

yep! and i also just got another peachick this weekend. it is only 3 weeks old. so it will be separated from the other pea for all winter...i will make sure they are buddies when spring comes though!

You know you can put them in a pen beside each other and in a month they should be fine together, they will bond with each other better this way IMO. I have one 300 square foot outdoor brooder and i integrate babies as young as a week, during breeding season i add many different kinds of chicks to the brooder and they do great with each other.

I wish that I could put mine outside with them. I am doing everything I can to avoid running electricity down to the coop this winter. so my brooder is inside the garage.
