She was sick a little while ago, but she's started to put on weight and grow since then. Could her illness have stunted her growth? She's so much smaller than her hatchmates, and there's only a day or 2 difference between most of them.

Pardon the imgur link, pics don't want to upload here for some reason. Link includes pics and a short video.

5 to 7.5 pounds when mature, so not what I'd call a small breed "similar to Leghorns or slightly bigger". Being sick will stunt her growth though. How old is it?

Stunted for sure then for that age. Hard to say for sure if its in fact a Svart Hona. Many breeds "including endless crossbreds" start out solid black. After a little research on Greenfire Farms website they claim that Svart Hona "Swedish Black Hen" are smaller then I previously reported. They say that roosters top out at 4 pounds.

Hopefully she'll catch up in size. She seems healthy enough otherwise; she eats, drinks, and runs around just like all the other chicks. I'm going to have to separate her soon if she doesn't start getting bigger because I have notice some of the feistier chicks chase her a little. No pecking as far as I'm able to discern, though, so she should be okay for the next week, especially because I'm taking 5 or 6 of the older babies on Thursday to live on my Mother- and Father-in-law's ranch
