THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. What is wrong with my hen please help I am incredibly concerned!

She didn’t eat any food but I decided to wet it and she gobbled it right up. She drank a little water. Her crop didn’t re fill. I made her some scrambled eggs and crushed up the eggshell and gave both to her. She is moving around a lot more and she seems much better!

That sounds good that she is eating and drinking. Medicated feed does not always prevent coccidiosis. Most chickens gradually build up a tolerance for the coccidia organisms in the soil and poop after they get a few months old. How old is she?
She is a year old

Could she be egg bound?
That's possible. An egg-bound chicken will be puffed up and won't eat or drink much. You should be able to feel an egg in her abdomen. Do you see any pulsing or pumping in the vent area? That's usually a sure sign of egg-binding.
Egg-bound chickens can also have diarrhea.
If she is egg-bound, she won't walk normally. She will usually squat down every few steps.

@Party_Chicken, also, thanks for helping me with my broody hen.
I hope Pippa gets better.

Is the feed medicated?

Any particular reason these ladies are still on chick feed and not layer?

Edit: just saw it's medicated. My browser wasn't showing all the replies, sorry.

I did see her pulsing when I pulled her feathers back to check her vent I thought it was just me pulling back the feathers. She is walking around ok.
