I have her separated in case whatever she has is contagious. We don’t have any nutridrench but we do have electrolytes which is what she is on.

Most hens I would keep with their flock for comfort, so if she won’t eat or seems depressed, you could try her back with them. Since she has been with her flock, whatever she has is probably not contagious, or you would be seeing other birds showing sickness.

I agree, I'd work on hydration and see if she will eat.

Electrolytes and vitamins are a good idea.
Since she's got her tail down and hasn't laid an egg, then I'd also get extra Calcium into her for a few days just in case she's having trouble expelling an egg. You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Pippa. She had some paralysis problems after a fox attack a couple months ago and she recovered. I’m very scared for her she means the world to me and I couldn’t bare to lose her.

She drank some water. It turns out we had some nutridrench so I gave that to her. She got up but not for a while
