This is An SOS

I administered this this morning.
Make sure it's her only source of drinking water (no swimming).

I can't tell if there's no eye as another commenter has me second guessing myself that it could have withdrawn into the head. I did saltwater flush and some gunk came out. But there's still a lot there. I'm gonna go with the terramycin in hopes that there's an eye to rescue.
Do your best to clean it all of the gunk out and get to Tractor Supply and get the eye oinment ASAP.

One of my girls looked similar, in the spring, as a result of a drake. I worried her eye was gone as well. As suggested, I kept her separated from the boys, and used antibiotic eye ointment. I also gave her epsom salt baths in the house, spoiled baby. It took several weeks but she is now completely healed and you wouldn’t know anything had happened to her. FYI, she looked worse before she looked better. All the little feathers around her eye fell out and the area was really swollen (I think that is why it looked like the eye was gone). Try not to feel too bad, ducks are really resilient. I have no doubt that my two drakes where to blame for my girl’s injury so they are still on “vacation” at a friends farm. It may become an extended vacation!

Hoping for a similar story thank you!

You have some excellent answers from the best duck gurus here. I hope you update as she heals! By all means, rehome and get your yard back to enjoyable and congrats in advance on your soon-to-be lil human nugget too!
Thank you I will post updates as we have them!

No. I reached out to a friend who is a vet tech for an avian vet and they recommended this as a substitute. Hoping it will work just as well
It's not really an antibiotic, it's a hypochlorous acid, so not sure how well it will work, but if an avian vet suggested it instead of Terramycin, then I'm not gonna argue. :D :fl it works for you.
