I do hope he's feeling better... when did it happen?

Three Monday ago, we were having terrible windy day, and when I left for the office meeting, I thought I might say something to him, but thought, shoot, this man is 58 years old, he will KNOW better than to go out there and mess around that barn. Yeah, right. He actually got back in the truck and drove himself up to the house. Not that far, but amazing. Talk about blood. Head wounds are the pits for that. He is doing fine, amazingly has a teeny scar, the ER doctor did a great job stitching him up. All stitches are out and he is back to normal, well, I say that . . . .

My 59 yo DH is bad about climbing up on the roof of the house when no one else is home, to blow the leaves off and clean out the gutters! Stubborn man! He's got a pacemaker/defibulator too! He's fallen off the ladder a couple of times (that he's admitted), but not off the roof (that he's admitted!)

He's also bad about working with electricity when I'm not around!

Uhm, can you say ouch....holy smokes that looks painful. I hope he feels better asap! I can't even imagine the kind of headache that would come with that....

Oh no! Glad he is ok!

Look at it this way, he has a jump on his halloween costume!

Was there a lot of blood? When my oldest son was six, he got into a wrestling match with my hubby. My son jumped on my husband's back just as his dad was rearing up from a sitting position. My son fell off and hit his head on the corner of the window sill. There was blood everywhere! My son only needed two stitches. I can't imagine how much blood must have been on your husband.

That must have been frightening!
