This is just too funny...(Surprise ending)

Okay, so today at 8:17 I went outside with my 5 year old brother and filmed the chickens on a video tape. I couldn't find one (Ladybird/Amber) so we went inside the coop. There she was, sitting in the nesting box. So my brother said "She laid an egg!" and I said "no, that's just a toy one." So we went out into the big chicken yard and my brother held up Bella's dirt-covered feet for me to look at. Then he let her go and I was about to pick her up when...
BAM!
There was a flash of lightning and the sound of thunder. I ran for the door shouting "Evan! Evan!" and tripping over Bella, who was running in my path and seemed to be saying, "I want to come in with you!! Please!!!"

So, that's basically what happened today.

@ HorseFeatherz NV- Yep, I haven't forgotten the time that happened to me. I couldn't bring Bella in, Mom wouldn't have let me.
@ lvchicken- yes, my chickens are ok. Nobody got hurt.
