This is supposed to be a 5 week old ISA brown. Is it ISA Brown or not?

I have two chicks who are supposedly ISA browns but this one has a head tuft. I assume he/she is either a male or a different breed than ISA Brown. Or has some kind of mutation? The tail and behavior are not particularly telling as far as sex right now. Anyone ever have an ISA brown with a head tuft?

Definitely not an ISA brown. Can you post a picture of the whole bird?
