Looks like a Mottled Partridge something to me. No bantam version of Sussex as far as I know.

There's Speckled Sussex Bantams, they're hard to find though.

All the rest look like cubalaya.. But this little guy is an odd ball.. I don't know if he's a splash or a different breed

Cubalayas only come in black, white and BB red
