this is what happens when you get your eggs crossed!! and you have nankin roos in with WCB polish hens and a nankin hen and you pick up the wrong egg!! this is the only egg that was marked nankin that hatched and apparently is NOT a nankin but a polish-nankin cross WHAT?! yes.... a polish nankin CROSS! LOL! it is solid black with no crest and apparently the rose comb roo is the father...
I tried to fix it's crooked toes but to no avail they are still crooked but it can get around just fine, there is something going wrong in incubation as this is not the first one to have this problem someone mentioned it would be a humidity problem
