a roo. Too red to be a buff though. Often, hatchery buff orps have similar shade of red like yours.

Looks like someone is crossing Buff Orpingtons and New Hampshire.
The bird in question is the color of a "hatchery" New Hampshire but it has the leg color of a Orpington.

His overall confirmation is kinda screwy for an Orp as well. Those legs are the right color but they look... too long or something.
