This kitten just showed up at my house and now I don't know what to do

Update: he is doing great today. Poop seems much better than before.
I cant really afford an all kibble diet for him since cat food here is so expensive. I bought chicken livers today. The plan is to boil them and then add kibble to the broth and meat. Does this sound good or should I change? I also haven't seen him drinking any water, just the broth from last night. Also, I would like to know if I can bathe him?

His tummy seems a bit swelled or big and feels hard. wht should I do?
I would deworm him.

Every cat that showed up here and stayed was full of intestinal worms and appeared to be pregnant because of the swelling these worms caused.
Right after deworming them, the belly swelling went down and the diarrhea/funky poops stopped. Some even had tape worms.

What do you use to deworm? I can easily get albendazole

Great!

Since his digestive system has been upset, it might be good to let him eat only kibble for a week or two, or at least a few days, before you add other things. Hopefully that would let his insides settle down, and then he might be able to handle other things more easily.

As he gets older, he may be able to provide part of his own food by catching things like mice.

(I don't know what things are good to add to kibble or use instead, so I can't answer that part.)

I could only get zentel (albendazole) from the nearest store.. Is it safe for him or should I continue my search for other wormers? One of my relatives is coming from England this month and they also have a cat which they recently wormed. I could ask them to bring the leftover wormer. They used panacur.

The organs are rich and full of nutrients and making it into a deluxe meal is further than a lot of people do for feeding. Some cats really enjoy some veggies but meat is key for them. You could bathe him just know a good portion of cats hate water so if you do, make sure the water is warm and just take your time. Talk calmly and go on. Cats generally don't need baths but if you feel he could use one (all animals can stink or get into things) go for it. Dry him the best you can so he doesn't get chilled and he should lick/clean himself after so be careful with soaps.
