This little one has lost it downy feathers and is red she is itching it a lot. I don't see any signs of mites. What could it be?

Is she with other chicks or even older chickens? Is she the only one exhibiting this?

She was with others but i have separated her. They all about the same age. No others are having issues. She is still scratching at her neck and head. Poor little thing. She is happy other then that, poop is normal, eating and drinking gowing and doing everything her sisters are doing. Hopefully it gets better soon so she can join the other chicks.
