Does chicken and game hen taste the same
or is there a difference
Since i got chickens as pets i stopped eating chicken
but i will eat turkey
hubby is making game hen tonight for dinner
with a back up dish in case i wont eat the game hen

This may be a dumb answer, BUT cornish game hen is Chicken. If you read the description from most of the sellers of Cornish rocks.

To me game hens don't dry out as easily as big chickens do. They are moister little chickens. We had them last night!
