Does chicken and game hen taste the same
or is there a difference
Since i got chickens as pets i stopped eating chicken
but i will eat turkey
hubby is making game hen tonight for dinner
with a back up dish in case i wont eat the game hen

This may be a dumb answer, BUT cornish game hen is Chicken. If you read the description from most of the sellers of Cornish rocks.

McMurrey says: Have you ever admired the Cornish Game Hens for sale in the supermarket? Have you ever wondered if you could grow them yourself? Now you can! Murray McMurray Hatchery can supply you with baby chicks from the broiler industry’s top breeders. We sex these Jumbo Cornish X Rocks and provide you with the pullets to use for your Cornish Game Hens. BUTCHER AT 2-21/2 POUNDS LIVE WEIGHT and you will be eating the most delicious chicken in your life and you grew it yourself!

"Cornish Game Hens," as they are labeled in stores, are actually commercially bred cornish x that were processed around the age of 4 weeks old. So.. yeah, they'll taste like chicken 'cause they are chickens.
