Favorite cool & lite summertime brunch:

1 c. cottage cheese - small curd
1 tbsp. Hellman's mayo
1/2 avacado
1 sm/med fresh tomato
sweet onion (to taste)
S&P (to taste)

Dice veggies and stir all ingredients together. Toast bread and spoon mixture on.
