This roosters tail is longer than my phoenix's!

Are the Phoenix full grown? And are they a pure breed? Maybe they were bred with a specific chicken breed, which is why their tail might be shorter?

Phoenix bantam. My bad. So they're both bantams, and yes the Phoenix is full grown.

Japanese bantams have very long tails anyway.

wow! he is gorgeous!! I love the frizzle on him! He's really grown out that one long tail feather lol

He looks nice! Has a real distinct look to him My silver phoenix bantam tail was a little over 2 ft long at around 8 months, cackle hatchery has some nice ones!

I think a few times he has gotten in a fight and some came out but even those aren't longer. His tail has gotten almost as long as my frizzle's, but not longer.

Another funny thing is my frizzle holds his straight up and the phoenix just drags it on the ground
