This site has helpful information and great people. It was my very first web page I used back when I got my first chickens. I love the pictures, the people, the admins…but the Facebook site is horrible. People are mean, people post pictures without giving people a heads up about the horror they are about to see. I see the right advise from people but it doesn’t seem to matter. If people have to ask for help and say please don’t be mean…there’s a problem.

A lot of forum users don't even look at that Facebook page.
This website is much better.

I missed the poll, but I'm over the Facebook group! I'm about to unfollow it. It's nothing but a hang out spot for bullies and better thans! Nothing like the official site/app.
I just wasted several minutes of my life reading through condescending/hateful comments about duck penises. I don't even have ducks. But I WANT ducks and thought I'd learn something new, and now I'm just more confused than before AND irritated by the pettiness.
I'm done.
**DISCLAIMER: All the FB groups are that way though...from the horse groups to the chickens to my newest disappointment the CAST IRON PANS group! Yes. People will bully others over their cookware. It's rediculous!
