You can use any picture of my peachicks pictures i post in this website, as for the adults i don't have the full copyright of most pictures because many of these birds aren't mine, but you can still use my adult peafowls pictures. Should i post pictures here or send them by email?

Thanks again, q8, and all of you great peapeople!

Any peachick pictures would be really great, since I'm trying to work on a chick ID chart.
Here it is, very in progress, sorry!
http://peafowlimagedatabase.weebly.com/chick-chart.html

You can PM pics to me, or let me know where they are on the threads here if you've already posted them.
To make a useful chart, it's really important know the age of the chick, and the color/pattern.

Thanks all of you - as you know, this database project is definitely not "my" project, it's all of ours!
I'm just doing the assembly. All suggestions all welcomed warmly.

You are welcome to any of my pictures as well. Perhaps the Oaten and Cameo Pied will help you out. And of course Nanu (Mindy), the silver Pied from Dylansmom, and Swee-Pea the purple peachick hen. If you find one of mine you don't know what it is and you don't have one in your files yet I can tell you what it is, probably...

The top three were the first three peas we hatched, those pics were straight out o the hatcher. The top one did not make it but we had another just like it that turned out Cameo Pied. The next is an IB and the third one is more interesting, I have been thinking of posting new pics of it, now I have a reason. It's daddy is IB Pied White Eye, and up until two days ago I would have said its mama is an IB Pied, but now it is developing some cameo colored feathers on its neck and chest. I'll get that picture tomorrow, it should be about ten weeks old now, we should be able to tell from when it original pics were posted. It's kind of wild looking with white, brown, and reddish base colors and green and blue on its neck.

The forth pic of the Cameo chick is right at two weeks. The red band on its leg tells me its daddy is an IBBS split to Cameo and its mama is a Cameo, probably, I also had IB hens in that pen. The yellow chick behind it turned out to be Oaten according to people here that saw the recent pics last week.

I just a response back from Sid of Texaspeafowl giving permission for his pictures on his website to be used as long as they are properly marked, with Texaspeafowl being one word. I think it would be a good idea to put his web address on his pictures.
