little black one looks like the culprit to me. check the neck feathers for sharp points. sharp roo rounded hen...

They have all ... "Gone to bed"for the evening... I'll check that out in the am.... Confusing part... All of the "squat" and no one is crowing..... Still only 4 eggs today... Gonna check neck feathers in the morning.

Still shocked there is no crowing... Guess they know the threat my hubby made... He said they could stay as long as he didn't hear crowing... Ha ha!! Can't wait until daylight to do some more investigating......

the black one is the one i suspected last night just at a quick glance....but clicked on the pic to enlarge it and said nope....don't think so. however I just opened it again tonight......and I think I do see small saddle feathers on the bird when taking more time and looking a little closer. waiting to hear your report tomorrow.....lol

I am going to change my answer, I think she is a hen. I looked at the pictures closer and and the saddle feathers don't seem to be there.
