Thought she was egg bound, now I'm not so sure

Fyi make sure that while you are treating her give her some Sun light because I lost a hen that had mites because i brought her inside and she dident get sunlight for a month and she ended up dying from it and also it could be worms my hen had worms and she just laid around all day and she smelled horrible try working her if she is not to weak

How is she doing today?
She definitely was not as active as she was yesterday, but she is eating more. She even ate a little bit by herself! It wasn't much at all, but I'm taking it as an improvement. She did have a strange dropping, though. It was this runny, green and black like poop that smelled horrible. I'll add a picture to this thread.

That looks dark green as if she is not getting much to eat. Good to hear that she is eating better. If you decide to use the Corid for coccidiosis, stop the vitamins. But if you haven’t started Corid, keep giving her vitamins. I hope she starts feeling better soon.

I am very sorry that you lost your silkie. I wish there had been a better outcome. Most states have poultry vets who can perform a necropsy (autopsy) to look for a cause of death, if the body is kept refrigerated, but not frozen. Here is a link to contact your state vet if you would be interested:
