I'm so sorry for the loss of your hen, at least you did the right thing and got her to the vet and loved her enough to find out what the problem was.

This is Tulip. She was a big girl. She was sweet and friendly and loved to be held. I carried her around alot.
Thanks everyone for the kind words. Some chickens really know how to steal our hearts.
