I wasn't sure where to put this so if it needs to be moved, I understand.

My sister gave me a "paint it your self" rooster for Christmas and I just got him finished. He is made by the "Westland Giftware" Co. (You can find them online) who make the painted ponies. They have an entire line of Roosters but this was a do it yourself. It was fun!!!
I didn't go the wild route but the more realistic but you could do anything you want with them.
I will tell you that after he was finished I added a coat of acrylic clear spray to preserve the painting.

I'm not sure where she got it but I think you could get them at any store that sells the Painted Ponies or online under Westland giftware

Is that made out of ceramic? If so you could go to a ceramic shop in your area or a paint your own pottery shop, and I bet they would have them there. I use to carry a ton of chickens, and roosters. They are great fun to paint.

No it's made out of polymer clay. And I'm sure Westland has the copyright on that particular figurine. But yes ceramic shops have plenty of chicken figurines. As do many other companies. I have quite a few antique ones.
