Hi my hen has hatched three of her eggs and left the other four eggs unattended to look after the chicks, I have put the other four eggs in my incubator, but they were cold when I found them, will they still hatch?

No I have not candled them i just assumed as my hen hatched three out of the seven that they would be fertile

Depends on how long she left the eggs and whether they were viable in the first place. They can survive a pretty long time away from the hen.

I have one hen who set thirteen, hatched eleven, one died in the shell, walked away from the last egg. I knew that egg was a day behind, so I kept it in my bra all day, and then when she went to bed, I stuck it back under her. I ran out the next morning, only to find that she'd moved during the night, and that the egg was cold as a rock. It was still peeping, so back in my bra it went.

Hatched a perfectly healthy chick who turned out (of course) to be a rooster.

If they are Staggered she won't hatch them unless you can tuck back under her for the night while they sleep? She definitely is on feeding mode to care for the living..

I have placed all four eggs in my incubator, but I don't know if I should or can candle them with out harming them or if they will still be alive as they were left for 2 days before I took them.

Were all 7 eggs placed under broody on the same day?
I would definitely candle the eggs to see if they have developed.

I just move my turkeys and they were sitting on eggs; so I candled the eggs to see if there was any life and movement to know whether I should put them in the incubator. 2/3 of them needed tossed. That way, hopefully, I don't have an egg explode or waste my time with them. :)

No all eggs are layed naturally so I am guessing they were over a few days apart, i candled them last night and they were all black with just a air sack at the big end.

Time will tell I guess.
If you really want to go 'natural'... shoulda probably just left the eggs in the nest.
