It was a skunk who had been living under the coop for a decent amount of time. The dang thing left the 2 bodies in the coop. It’s still painful! Ouch. So many lessons learned. The rest of the flock are thriving, I’m trying to learn as much as I can. We ended up with at least 3 roosters and that has been interesting and fun! Just yesterday, I noticed one of them is picking on (pecking on

) a couple of specific hens and I can’t tell if he’s being a jerk or “flirting”. He’s about 14 weeks old. They all are except the original 3 golden girls (sex links). They’re a year old. These are the 3 roosters. All bantams!
