Three birds with similar/same eye infection

They’re all about 1-2 years old and have no other signs of sickness. I’m putting vetericyn eye ointment on for now, I’m just worried this won’t be enough since there seems to be pus trapped in their eyes?

Small update: One seems to be a little sniffly but that’s it

You should try some vitamins, they might help.. they can see properly, right? Where they born like this? Other than that your roosters look heathly and cute! Good luck. 👍

How long have you had these birds?

I don't believe Vetericyn is going to do a lot at this point. All the photos, the eyes look to be infected. One may be blind in their eye. Hard to tell.

If you have other birds that are not showing symptoms, then separate these out.
It may be worth culling them to stop the spread of whatever this is and get a necropsy so you get more info.
