One tablet daily is what I would recommend for Caltate which has 600 mg of calcium, but Citracal may need 2 for that dosage. I will tag @azygous to chime in on calcium citrate dosage. Okay, here is a picture of the one she uses in post 2, and it says 650mg:

Pictures from today, Sybi laid this today after 2pm. I cleaned up her vent and bottom area, there was yolk. She seems to be in good spirits, good color to her comb and wattles.

@Eggcessive after three days of antibiotics, Sybi laid a soft shelled egg in the nesting box!!! The egg is smaller, but egg shaped, a little bit of infection on the outside and some lumps on the inside, but so much better!!! Thank you so much! If you're in Chester county PA, I'd love to treat you!

So glad that she may be starting to lay an egg with a shell now after the calcium. I hope that continues. Let us know how she gets along and good luck.
Hello Eggcessive, Sybi has been getting better and now is not feeling good again. I found a full grown round worm in her poo. I saw that Wazine has been recommended. Is this what you also think given her history?

Edit: attached a picture of her poo this afternoon.

No one else in the flock has runny poo and is laying normally.
