There is a website to light candles of rememerance or prayers for healing kinda l;ike the candles lit in churches. momma Eagle had over 3500 from 25 different countries within the first few hours of her death notice. Her lost was felt worldwidfe .

anyone still checking in on the eaglets? I have also been watching the cam of the Decorah Iowa eagles...they are getting big too!

Oh yes. I watch them everyday. They are up now. They are getting so big, they are adorable. They were weighed yesterday. And the boy NV had more blood taken to check the lead levels again. They added more branches for them. They are doing great.

The girls have lost a little weight. But are healthy and NV the boy has gained weight. I so love them.

They said it could be any number of things. They are both healthy. They think it is because they are more active. It is normal.

I hadn't checked in for quite awhile. So glad the babies are safe and doing well. Soooo sad about Mom, but even sadder for Dad. He must be sad and bewildered. I hope he's able to move on and find a new mate.
