Three little duckies.. What do I do??

Should I be using a heat lamp or are they too old?
They are being kind of lethargic and I'm really worried that I'm doing a really bad job of this.
I would like to say, please do not feel you were doing a bad job of it! You are doing the right thing by asking for help and keeping them safe for now. They came to you under less than perfect circumstances I am sure. They could be lethargic for any number of reasons including just fear or stress or do you hydration. I doubt they will starve to death while you are figuring out The best course of action. Just make sure that they have a water source available and as everyone has said, a heat source that they can use or not at will.

@luckychick105 I see you are in Ireland, so am I :) I'm in Tipperary.

I bought chick starter at Pet Planet, you can try Pet World as well, or your local creamery, though they only sell starter in 20kg bags. I fed my ducklings chick starter from both sources and they are doing great, they are about 2 months old now.

In the meantime you can offer them some scrambled egg too and make sure they have lots of clean water. They go through a lot of water, even at a young age. Heat, as the others suggested. You can get a heat lamp and the trimmings at the places I mentioned above.

These make perfect waterers for ducklings most of us have plastic containers with lids just make sure the holes aren't too large so they can't climb inside

Thank yous for all your help.
It was very late when they were found and they had been wandering for quite a while so we do not really know where they are from, the waterers with the holes in them are a great idea, we are going to get starter feed but for now I'll make them a boiled egg.
