1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Chick 1 is an ~6week old Rhode Island Red, seems small then my other two but she is a different breed after all, and may be a bit younger
Chick 2 is an ~6 week old Plymouth Rock, and she seems appropriately sized compared to the other 6week old Plymouth I have (who seems healthy.)

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Chick 1 sneezes frequently and has thin clear discharge that comes and goes, also sometimes get bubbles around the eyes.
Chick 2 sneezes infrequently and I may have noticed a bit of discharge.

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?

I noticed the symptoms the day after i adopted them, so it's been exactly 1 week.

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?

Chick 3, who came from the same breeder seems 100% healthy no sneezing or issues.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.

No!

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.

No idea, seems like a random virus/illness.

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.

All chicks drink water and have Purina Start&Grow Medicated Crumbles.

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.

Poops all look like normal poops to me, firm, correct color and consistency.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?

Chick 1 has been isolated from the others and I have been applying VetRx daily to the roof of her mouth, around beak, eyes, nostrils, under wings, on legs, and in water.

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?

I wild prefer to treat the bird myself due to the Corona Virus but would be open to taking the chicks to a vet.

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.

No wound pics but I have a couple pics of the cuties to share!

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

The chicks are in a large custom built coop with 3 open sides for ventilation (outdoors in florida can get hot, especially in the summer!) We are using shredded pine bedding over the entire coop floor.

Could it be that they are adapting differently to their new home?
This is something that I was thinking... Stress from a move at a young age like this could be causing issues. Especially with chick 1 since she is separated, I'm sure shes lonely. I'm wondering if I should try to reintroduce her back with the group. Anytime she sees the other two she goes crazy chirping and trying to break out of her cage.

Naa, be cautious. but hold her and love on her. It worked for my flock

Bubbles in an eye can be early signs of a respiratory disease, such as MG or mycoplasma. All chicks have been exposed, so Inwould keep them together and treat them all. MG is a disease that stays with the chickens all their lives. They will pass it on to other birds and through their hatching eggs eventually. Certain antibiotics can treat symptoms, but won’t keep it from coming back in your flock. Many cull chickens with symptoms. Others close the flock to new birds and treat with certain antibiotics. Most antibiotics are very difficult to find anymore. Your state vet may be helpful to find how to get tested or to get a necropsy on a chick that dies. Here is a link to read about MG in chickens:

Do you have anywhere to get an antibiotic? This is what you need to treat your chicks. https://www.jedds.com/shop/tylan-soluble-100-g/
Agreed!
I do suggest the OP order as soon as possible, that gets sold out quickly.

Sneezing with drainage and bubbles in the eyes is usually a good indication of Mycoplasma.
The Tylan will treat the symptoms, all though the birds will always be carriers.
Getting some testing to find out what you are dealing with is the best way to go, but that may not be an option.
