This is our first time having chicks so we thought we’d just get 4 to start (I know, I know haha). Long story short we are obviously attached to all of them and are wondering if this arrangement is even possible.
Info: They are almost 5 weeks old, all different breeds, and I’ve spent hours with them everyday because I want them to get used to being loved on. Only 1 of the boys likes to be handled.

What do y’all think? 3 boys and 1 girl, is it possible??

You should probably post pictures of each chick. Every chicken has a different personalty. Some of the chickens I own are more friendly than others. That doesn't mean that 3 are roosters and only one is a pullet.
I understand it’s not 100% but I’m trying to plan for the future so I’m assuming the worst.

if 3 are cockerels, it’s not going to work, you’d need at least 6 for a lone cockerel. imo if you have multiple cockerels, you should aim for 12+ hens each. three cockerels together might work, but not with females involved.
you could post some pictures of your chicks so we can help you sex them :)
