Three Roos?

Hope they will trade for laying hens that aren't old.

That’s what I was thinking too. At the original purchase date around 8 weeks, it was likely obvious to the farm that they were likely male, but the sold them anyway. And now they might try to pass along older hens. So, what should OP look for tomorrow to avoid getting older hens? Any good signs to tell young from old? I’m not sure I could tell other than I would want to see healthy RED combs and wattles on laying pullets.

Definitely all males. For future references, Males of most breeds have pointy saddle feathers and females are rounded.
This is my male silver duckwing OEGB.

This is my female.

Knowing that they are all males now, I see it...when we thought we had 3 girls we were comparing the saddle feathers of the cockerel and couldn’t see a difference and were just confused, we really didn’t think the seller could have sold us all cockerels!

They either have no idea what they’re doing or they knew exactly what they were doing when they sold you 3 cockerels.
Either way, I wouldn’t buy from them.
They might sell you old hens next.
It’s impossible to tell the age of a pullet/hen once it reaches POL (point of lay).
Look at their legs!
They should be relatively unmarked by bumps and should NOT have a “gnarled” appearance.
A young bird should have fairly smooth legs and feet.
People shouldn’t be selling them as anything but straight run (unsexed) if they don’t know.
This sort of thing really chaps my hide because it’s not that hard to distinguish males from females in straight comb breeds once they reach about 2 weeks or so.
I’m sorry you got taken advantage of.

We have three beautiful red sex link hens now!
