Three thermometers show three different temperatu

I have the nurture right 360 incubator. I have a therm pro indoor outdoor thermometer in there. I have another small thermometer in there and obviously the thermometer on the top of the incubator. All three of them are showing different temperatures in different humidity levels. My eggs have been in lockdown for two days now and I cannot figure out which temp and humidity level to trust.

My Nurture Rights usually read higher than the other thermometers too. I'd probably lower it by .5 degree since 2 thermometers are reading 100+. Some people lower the temperature a bit for lockdown anyway so even if it's slightly low at this point they should be fine.
