Three week old Bantam EE - Possible to tell what sex?

I bought 3 little bantam EE. This one seems like the only one who might be a male. Is it possible to tell by the feathers coming in.

Given the broad comb which will likely develop three rows of peas and the reddish feathering that appears to be coming in on the shoulders, I'd say you have a cockerel.

This is a better view of the comb and chest. I thought the orange was coming in on the chest rather than the shoulder but I'm not a chicken expert.

Looks like a pullet to me, for now. The comb is not prominent, just a little wide, and the red is mostly on its chest.
