You may want to lessen the instinct to fight other roosters, & increase the instinct to protect the flock.

Pea is 21 weeks today. I just didn't get pictures since we've had lots of rain, & she's muddy.

I'm working getting more run litter for the run, they're due for more.

Pea is 22 weeks, but is still dirty. She'll probably be dirty for awhile before she cleans herself off fully, plus I need to add more run litter to the runs. They're due for more.

I would start breeding, & hatching from Pea, & Goober, but my grandpa who thinks he controls everything will fuss about it.

He's slowly losing his mind, he's so old. He's 87, & forgetting things, he's getting harder, & harder to keep happy.

On a side note
Although its difficult nows the time he needs you. Chickens are just that Chickens. If you're not there you may regret it later in life. Im talking from experience. Put yourself in his shoes and wonder how it must be.
