I don't see any yolk. That's just waste. Cut it where it's no longer red.

I typically cut it in these situations because there's no longer blood flow and tugging at the navel at this stage can cause prolapse.

DONT CUT. Its best if you dont open the incubator during hatches

Ok. Red near the chick, yellow by the shell so that's where I cut it. Still moving around, no sign of blood.
