tilted head and losing weight n balance

hi,
i have a chicken that is drpopping weight, head is tilted and losing their balance. does anyone know what this is ? how can i treat it? please help/

How old and what breed is your chicken? Did it have a mareks vaccination? Look up Mareks Disease and Wry neck right here on BYC search.
