Time for Fake Eggs?

Good evening.

My pullets (SLW) are now about 20 weeks old, and are starting to look quite grown up. One of them has developed a very bright comb and wattles, but hasn't shown any other signs of being ready to start laying.

Should I put in the fake eggs now, or wait a bit?

I started thinking it was time so I put three plastic easter eggs in the nest boxes-two days later we had our first egg!
