time frame for bumping auctions

I was due to bump my auctions in 1 day, some hours last I looked (at least a day ago), and just noticed that now my auctions are due to be allowed for bumping in 9 days and some hours.

What is the rule here? Has something changed?

I think your PPM had expired, but it looks fine now.
