Time-lapse: From Chick to Chicken

[....] I was dying to know what they looked like when they grew up: so I scoured the internet trying to find any sort of hint as to what they could be like. I did find one thread on BYC, but it wasn't enough to satisfy my curiosity ;P.

I was thinking this JUST TODAY ! but I was thinking of doing it a bit different with morphing and each pic being a video frame and so on. And starting with the new hatched chick, and wondering if it can be done inside the egg too,.... So much work for INSTANT SATISFACTION !!! we need it ! it's the NOW generation !!

Yes, yes, stop talking !!! post the pictures ! now ! now ! hurry up. OK I'm just going to skip to the pictures.

I tried to take pictures every week or so but towards the end the change was near complete so I wasn't too strict with it.

I'm bored with making this reply, my momentary curiosity is satisfied and now I'm back to meh bored. I need new satisfaction. Preferably instant !!!

Btw, thank you for the hard work.!

Thanks so much guys :D My next project will be making a collage of my chickens next to their individual eggs! That might take some time since only 4 are laying so far, and the fact that its hard to determine whose egg is whose

as a bonus...... I've got a batch in the over ready to pop out...but that's a different story, and frankly, a very LONG story

(which i will try to put together in the next week or so)

The chicken goes into the nest, the door closes behind it, it lays the egg and has more privacy than normal nests, then every few hours the poultryman or lady checks them and records the laying patterns with great accuracy. They've been around for a long time. There are even funnier pics than that one, where there are multiple chickens..
