Time to cut their wings?

Good Morning!!! My Muscovy 13 week females have discovered their wings!! I hate to cut them, but I fear they will fly out of their yard. The drakes would fly, too, but they are too heavy and can't get off the ground, yet. When and how do you cut them correctly?

I've never had to clip my Muscovy Drake's wing after all he's got it made since his girls are here.
