Good job witha that post Wilds of PA - it's totally correct from a legal citiation standpoint and in terms of how to get through to the USDA when it comes to agency rule making. Even though I don't view this law as others do, I'm delighted that you cited to primarily authority and linked to the public comments section. This is a huge help to people who want to get involved!

Did you see the article by reuters on the CEO/ Exec VP of the AVMA has testified how NAIS is needed and should be made mandetory?? I posted about it earlier.
