Tinted egg verses Easter egger

Russian Orloff eggs would be much easier to candle because they are light eggs. I find greens and blues to be much harder to candle in the early stages, even more so than some Marans because the whole shell is coloured where as tinted are white eggs with only a small layer of brown pigment, allowing light to penetrate the egg much easier.

Oh ok! I didn't realize colored eggs made a difference in candling.
